How the tool works

The clothing rotation is your trip length, capped at seven days when you plan weekly laundry. Add one extra pair of underwear, one top and pair of socks per rotation day, and one pair of trousers or shorts per three rotation days rounded up. Weather and trip style add relevant items. Quantities are starting suggestions for one adult.

What the result covers

A starting checklist, not a baggage-allowance, weather or entry-requirement checker. Check your forecast, airline restrictions and itinerary separately. Hiking additions cover day-hike basics only, not expedition equipment. The checklist is not stored after you leave or reload the page; copy or download it to keep it.

Before you go

Can I add personal essentials?
Yes. Enter up to twenty additional items, one per line. They appear in a separate section of your checklist.
Will my checkmarks be saved?
They remain while the page stays open. Download or copy the current checklist to keep your progress. Regenerating the list resets the checkmarks.
Does this guarantee my bag meets cabin limits?
No. Weight, size, liquid and battery rules depend on the carrier and route. Check those rules before packing and adjust the suggestions to your bag.

A few more things, sorted.
